Terms of service
These are the terms for using SiteGleam. We’ve kept them short and readable on purpose.
The service
SiteGleam builds a website for your business and, if you choose to keep it, hosts and maintains it for a monthly fee. The preview is free and carries no obligation. Nothing is charged until you complete checkout.
Price and billing
The subscription is $49 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and includes hosting, a security certificate, backups, and two content changes per month. Larger changes (new features, online ordering, booking systems) are quoted separately before any work starts. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice by email.
Changes
Ask for changes by replying to any email from us or using the “Request changes” button on your site. We aim to complete included changes within one business day. We may decline changes that are unlawful, misleading, or that would harm the site’s performance, and we’ll tell you why.
Your content and your site
You own your business information, your logo, your photos, and the text on your site. You give us permission to display them on your site while you’re a customer. Stock photography is licensed for use on your site and may not be extracted for other uses. If you leave, we’ll provide the site files (HTML, CSS, and images we’re licensed to transfer) on request within 30 days.
Accuracy
We build previews from public information and it can be out of date. You’re responsible for checking hours, phone numbers, prices, and claims on your site before and after you keep it. Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll fix it.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the link in your invoice email or by replying to us. Your site stays up until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then comes down. Past-due accounts get a seven-day notice before the site is paused.
Uptime and liability
We host on reputable infrastructure and monitor it, but we can’t promise a site will never be down. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months. We don’t provide legal, medical, or financial advice through the content we write; review anything regulated in your industry before publishing.
Contact
Reply to any email from SiteGleam and a person will answer. SiteGleam operates from Hamilton, New Jersey, and these terms are governed by New Jersey law.
